Collection in store
Purchases are collected at 1075 Rue Vincent-Massey, Québec City. Bring the enquiry reply or the order details so staff can find what was set aside for you.
Holds
Staff may hold an item for a short period when they confirm it by e-mail. A hold is a courtesy arranged by the store for a stated time, not a booking created by this website, and it lapses if the item is not collected.
Collection by someone else
Another person can collect on your behalf if you say so in writing in the same e-mail thread and they can identify the order. Staff will not hand over goods on the strength of a phone call from an unknown number.
Carrying delicate pieces
Headpieces, wired trims and structured bodices travel badly in shopping bags. Ask for a box; staff would rather spend a minute packing than see the piece arrive at your event bent.
Shipping
No shipping is offered or promised through this site. If you need an item sent, ask the store directly — any courier arrangement, its cost and its risk allocation are agreed with the company in writing and are not covered by these pages.
