How an enquiry becomes a purchase, what is agreed when, and what this website does not do. Nothing here limits your rights as a purchaser under applicable Canadian law.

Who you are dealing with
The seller is Surmesur, 1075 Rue Vincent-Massey, Québec City, QC G1N 1M9. Sable Atelier is the website brand used to present that business online; it is not a separate company and it sells nothing in its own name.
An enquiry is not an order
Sending the form asks staff a question. It reserves nothing, buys nothing and obliges nobody. A purchase exists only when you and the company agree on a specific item and you pay for it.
What the basket is
The basket on this site is a list you build while browsing so that one message can name several pieces at once. Sending it is the same act as sending any other enquiry: nothing is reserved, no price is fixed, no stock is held and no payment is taken or owed. Availability, the final price and how each piece is handled are confirmed by the store when it replies.
Prices and taxes
Prices on this site are shown as ranges in Canadian dollars because stock, sizes and trims move. The exact price, plus the applicable Ontario taxes, is confirmed before payment. Where a published range and the confirmed price differ, the confirmed price is the one that applies to your purchase.
Availability
Stock changes daily. Descriptions on this site tell you what a product family is and how it is sized; they are not a promise that a specific piece is on the floor today. Availability is confirmed by staff for your dates.
Fit and suitability
Staff advise on fit and use; the final decision about what suits your performance, your skin or your event is yours. Advice given at the counter is practical experience with the product, not a warranty of a particular result on stage.
Alterations
Alterations are quoted separately, per piece, and are not included in a product price. Once a piece has been altered to your measurements it can no longer be returned to stock — this is stated before the work is accepted.
Payment
Payment is taken in store by the seller through its own payment provider. This website has no checkout and never handles card data.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this site applies a blanket “no refunds” rule. The Returns page sets out what can be returned and the limited categories that cannot, and your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected by any of it.
Content of this site
The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to the people who publish it, and photographs marked as illustrative show the kind of item described rather than the exact piece you will be given. Copying whole pages for another commercial site is not permitted; quoting a passage with a link back is fine. Trade names and logos of the company described here remain that company’s property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
Changes to these terms
These terms are updated when the business practice they describe changes. The version in force is the one published here.
